Tobacco Holding Group has created branches all over Albania to distribute all its products, especially cigarette brands, increasing its investments in working environments, stores and in the number of employees. THG provides a modern and collaborative climate for all its employees showing this way a modern working culture. Along the THG hierarchy, every employee is respected no matter what position she/he is holding. Nowadays, Tobacco Holding Group has over 250 trained and qualified employees in the relevant fields, according to job profiles.
